You guys wont be far behind us on the Beluga, hopefully!
Whats the first thing you are going to do, or go after driving out of the delivery centre? I might go thru the city then out onto one of the highways so the cameras calibrate...

Quick update:
Sydney folks, my journey here.
1 Sep - Ordered 12pm and selected Chatwood as DC
1 Jan - VIN allocated and removed in app
4 Jan - Changed delivery centre to Alexandria.
8 Jan - 12pm - Updated finance details on my page from previously selected cash. Added my financer.
8 Jan - 2pm - Got a VIN
8 Jan - 5pm - Got schedule delivery message.
9 Jan - 11am - Final invoice
Getting it delivered late January.

Interesting that your order is SR. I thought those come in earlier and only LR come in 2025.

Hopefully the red tape takes more than 9 days so I can take delivery, and then they can sort it out in a recall.

Sounds like the Department has been aware for a little while. My money would be on BYD! They made the same mistake and had to deal with it in the glare of a bit of a PR nightmare. What is Chinese for 'schadenfreude'?

Funny how the 1.9Million or so toyotas that were recalled because of a risk the battery catches fire, or the ESC not turning back on just slides on by..
