That would make sense as there's probably a regulation governing how it's configured, and each country will have its own regulatory body

plus you have lots of winding roads over there !
Still does not make any sense to have to yank the steering wheel when going 10 miles per hour in a queue on the motorway.

If Tesla does not trust their own car enough to let it do the driving at those speeds on the motorway, with clear lane markings and a car in front to follow.

But yes, might be the laws lagging behind, they usually do.
 
What's odd is that the car is "driving itself" but checking every now and again to make sure the driver is still awake/alive. If it can't verify that, then it disengages the Autopilot 😧

If you think about it, that's the exact time when you would WANT the autopilot to be engaged !!!!!
