I'd say 100% other drivers fault too

It's the other driver's fault. Period.
They attempted to make the lane change when it wasn't safe to do so.

& autopilot is not part of your accident and you shouldn't even mention it in the title... lots of people here seem to only read that part

There is zero question from a legal standpoint - you are at fault, not the autopilot.

I do not think you read his post. He is not at fault. Autopilot didn’t even factor in here.
