I've never heard of this. Sounds amazing. Meanwhile, I had pickled avocado recently and loved it!

It's like chocolate pudding and chocolate mousse had a healthy baby:

4 ripe Haas avocados
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Throw it all in a food processor until smooth, scraping down the sides until no green remains. Spoon into a bowl and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream!
