Blended breaking no toggle to activate

I have a 2022 Model Y long range some months ago I received an update that gave me the green disk brake icon when regenerative braking is limited.

I have not got the toggle to activate blended breaking on the pedals screen and cant see it anywhere else I do not have the grey line on the power bar just the dots and if I take my foot off the accelerator when the battery is full or very cold the car does not slow at all and I have to drive using normal friction breaking until the battery warms or the power goes down to about 80%

I have spoken to Tesla help but all I have currently received are a few irrelevant paragraphs about regenerative breaking I have driven about 8000 miles of one pedal driving so have a good idea of how it works

Look under pedals and steering. I think the checkbox you want is under that to apply friction brakes when regen isn't available.

Strange that only US vehicles would have it. TBH, I've had it enabled since it came out, last fall maybe and it's been great. Some people probably don't like it when roads are icy, but if you feather the pedal when slowing, it's not an issue for me.

Mine does not have that either. Neither is that option mentioned in the manual. (In Australia.)

It's available in Canada, too. Still, I wonder why it's not available in some other countries.

I also don’t have it in mine (and was going to create a thread about it but then found this).

My car is the rear-wheel drive with the LFP battery - could it be to do with the model?
