Blue liquid leaking

Hello, my car is 5 days old, <200 miles. When I brought it back from the service center due to a minor issue with the charging port door alignment, the next morning I noticed a blue stripe beneath the front left side of the car.

What could this be? Windshield washer fluid or coolant? I've never used with the windshield wiper. It’s pretty hard to clean, it stains my garage floor a little bit.

Has it dried up? If so, how long did it take? Coolant takes a long time to dry, while washer fluid evaporates very quickly.
Yes. It completely dry up and hard to remove. If it’s really from my car (not the loaner), it took one night. I brought the car back in the evening and I noticed the next day morning when I wife is backing out from the garage.
