Yes. While the browser is better in version 9 the previous version was also useable for certain sites. Teslawaze was one of those which had been optimized to be used in the Tesla browser. Unfortunately there appeared to be a memory leak in the previous web browser version which appears to have been corrected in v9.
I think I may have had the same problem on a 2014 with 3G. Since the update the browser just showed a blank screen. No matter how long I waited or what site I tried... Even with full cell coverage.
The good news is that a deep reboot of the screen fixed it!
Seems like the new, slightly smaller browser dimensions create rendering problems. Specifically, the bottom edge buttons on TeslaWaze are clipped and almost untappable.
