Brr! Parking in cold & battery life

If anything, cold temperatures slow down the chemical processes inside a battery so you would see less loss than when it is warm. But then one week is very little time for the 'natural' loss of battery charge. I think they key factor is just the systems that the car keeps running even when the car is turned off. Probably 4-6 miles a day.
 
Well, I just found this in the owner's manual:

Situations can arise in which you must leave Model Sunplugged for an extended period of time (for example, at an airport whentravelling). In these situations, keep the 1% in mind to ensure that youleave the Battery with a sufficient charge level. For example, over a twoweekperiod (14 days), the Battery discharges by approximately 14%.
