I'm expecting my M3 to be delivered within the next month (fingers crossed), and have scrubbed through the CA CVRP website to understand what I need to do in order to receive my HOV sticker and $2000 rebate. I had a question on income eligibility: Since I'll be taking delivery during tax season, do I qualify by submitting my 2020 income? I haven't completed my 2021 taxes yet and won't be filing soon, but I'm pretty sure I'll be over the income eligibility for my 2021 taxes. Will I still get the $2000 rebate by submitting my most recently filed income (2020) which meets the income eligibilty?

whichever is better for you, but if it takes a long time to process they might want the 21 if "randomly" selected for income verification.
