Can't find any 3rd party filters yet, but the Tesla service center can order them for $30 for the pair. They said they won't regularly stock them until the 2 yr mark comes around for the first model 3s. If you want them installed, labor is $30.

That's shockingly reasonable pricing compared to what most brand dealership shops would charge (which is usually a minimum of 1/2 hour of labor at $100-120/hr, plus a huge parts markup)
There is a video somewhere of the deinstall/reinstall. You have to pull the right side trim on the center console, then there are some covers on the right side of the 'air box'. 2 filters.
Elon stated that the service center will be alerted when your fan has to increase power to push air through a dirty filter. Wonder if the app will let us know.
