Cameras not working after update to 2021.4.15.12

About 10 days ago, i got an update to 2021.4.15.10. Everything was fine. 3 days later, i woke up to a notification that i could update to 2021.4.15.12. I ran an errand, and when i returned home, i started the update from the touch screen and exited the car. The update completed. Then later when i went to run another errand, i noticed none of my cameras worked, and therefore autopilot would not engage. Resets and power downs didnt fix the issue. Its been in the service center for over 24hrs now. Not at all happy. I’ve searched various forums and cant see where anyone else has run into this issue after updating to 2021.4.15.12. I find it hard to believe that i am the only one.

So im not the only one! my car has been in the service center for 3 days now. Granted, its a holiday weekend, but still. I’ll post an update here when its fixed and what the solution was. Maybe that will help speed up your service visit.

After 6 days at the service center, its finally resolved. They replaced the car computer....and performed service on an unrelated recall on the ac pressure sensors.

i used to be excited when new updates were available to see what new features were available...now, i will wonder whats broken.

I have noticed that the camera exposures have been all messed up since one of the recent updates.
The back up camera used to be bright and clear as day. While the side repeaters were so dark they were useless most of the time (depending on if it was sunny enough to overcome the issue).
Now, it’s the opposite. Backup camera is way too dark and side repeaters are bright and clear.

Anyone else?
Does this need its own thread?

Ugh. This looks just like mine right now. I don’t want to drive 160 miles for them to keep it for a week.
