Canada support number hangs up

A few weeks ago I noted that their support hours changed from M-Sat to Tu-Sun. Not sure if that applies to all regions, or just CA (where I'm at). Just a thought. At least there was a message listing the support hours before the call was disconnected.

PS - I was calling the 888 number, and entering in my zip code.
 
Maybe they’re closed for Victoria Day? I would still expect some kind of closed message instead of just dropping the call.

When you were able to get through, were they of any help?
Yes they are closed today. They aren't very helpful. They tend to say they will msg the delivery specialist who will contact by the end of the day (never happened) or leave notes on the account but they do nothing. I called alot and chatted on the support line received different responses each time.

Every time I call the 888 number and walk through the menu for existing order support, it says transferring to specialist and then drops the call. Tried early last week and this morning with the same results.
That happened to me consistently for all of March (configured on 3/3) then I got through once in April and thought it was fixed. Guess not. I just call Vancouver deliveries or email Canadian delivery HQ in Toronto instead. Not that calling or emailing anywhere changes anything before you get a VIN.

Good thing they have such a kick-butt product so they can ignore good customer service during ordering. When demand does eventually moderate they will need to pick up their customer service game. The current delivery culture - at least in Vancouver - leaves everything to be desired, both in rep responsiveness and their back office systems being able to basics like look up into the production chain for delivery estimates. After all, for most of us this is the 1st or 2nd most expensive lifetime product purchase we’ll ever make. Not asking for the moon to get a ballpark delivery date.
 
Yep, have had this same problem.

When I finally manage to get through, It just forwards the call to a delivery specialist in Toronto. There is no Call Center in Canada afaik.

I think the guys name is Justin. They literally have no more info than your local delivery rep. If you call off hours or no one picks up, it actually goes to his voice mail lol.

I have spoken to them twice - the only thing they will do is email your local delivery specialist to get in touch with you.
