In addition to the two service techs, I understand that they also have an arrangement to use a service bay, with a hoist, when needed. Presumably can do some repairs with the hoist that would not be possible in the owner's driveway or garage.

Good to know! We're in Penticton and I was a bit leery of having to travel to Langley in the event of anything going wrong.
It would be pretty interesting to know what proportion of Tesla's need to visit a full blown Service Center in their first 2, 5, 10 years etc. All I know is that our 2018 Model 3 has never needed any service that couldn't be done by the Mobile Service techs. It is relatively low mileage and a sample size of 1 doesn't provide any worthwhile information.
Yah. No worries, they come right to your driveway or place of work. They also have a shop and hoist in Kelowna for some limited work (not sure what though).
A few weeks ago noticed a Tesla Banner (coming soon) on the old Brault & Martineau furniture local in Kirkland QC (Montreal West Island). Renovations currently ongoing. Rumors' from a few months ago are proving true. I was driving past on highway 40 west so could not take pictures.
Drove by yesterday - the signage is up, so hopefully, it'll be open soon! Still looks like it needs some work though.
I see that Tesla has some job postings for positions on Annacis Island (Richmond BC) -- Store Leader, Operations Manager, Operations Advisor, Vehicle Readiness Specialist, etc. Maybe a new location is planned in the that area? Separate from the Bridgeport Rd location?

Just had my 12V replaced by a mobile service tech. It died last night (5+ year old original battery) and they dropped a new one in today. Super friendly.
He said there are only 3 mobile techs in Southern Ontario. Not sure where the lines are drawn, but they are kept pretty busy.

Got an email invite for Grand Opening of Tesla Langford (Victoria) for July 27th, 2023 from 2-5pm.
I just saw this on the local news: Tesla is planning a huge delivery centre for Port Coquitlam. Here's what's happening . Tesla will build a delivery centre and service in Port Coquitlam. Looks pretty legit as the area mentioned in the news already has construction work started for 2 weeks. I can't imagine how messy the traffic will become around that area on top of current chaos.

Honestly looking around the lower mainland, I'm not at all surprised they want to keep investing in the region. There's Teslas everywhere here. Gotta love it.
Langford store map location and driving directions are completely wrong for this store location. It shows on the Tesla map that it’s next to Langford lake just off the highway 1TCH on Westshore parkway. It actually on city gate just up from Millstream about 3 kms south of the wrong location.
Tesla submitted a proposal to open a service centre in Kelowna.
