Car Squeaking when coming to complete stop (only with 21" Performance Wheels)

Nope. As soon as I switched to TheNewAero 21" forged the sound was gone.
The 21" Arachnids also squeak much less. It´s the stiffer metal that resonates different.

I have custom forged 21” wheels and the sound is there. It’s the diameter that’s the issue, not the material.

So drop to 19s and i should be good?

I get the squeak with the 21" Arachnids and 20" aftermarket forged wheels.

Squeaking - not really. There's some resonance of something in the brakes/suspension that just happens to coincide with a 21" diameter wheel... But on the creaking sound that I and some others were getting - I had my axle nuts tightened and the sound went away. I still get a little metallic ringing/squeaking sound occasionally but the other sound is gone.

That is what I have and my car sounds like a garbage truck stopping, it is not high pitched brake squeal, it is as others have said resonance somewhere.

Gosh, I’d love to see some sort of fix for this issue besides switching to 19” rims. I love my 21’s.

I noticed this exact same thing after I switched from 19 Slipstream to 21 Turbine!

In addition to that there's also the squeaking noise when braking to fill stop reported here: MS LR Brake Squeak AFTER Fully Stopping

I've scheduled my service visit next week so let's see if we are able to fix it...

good luck! Every time any of the following gets brought up:
- light knocking from suspension upon turns
- lurching/groan upon initial movement forward
- squeaking brakes constantly at low speeds

every time I mention they say “cant reproduce”. I even video’d it for them and attached. “cant reproduce”. Thousands of customers all report the same noise. “cant reproduce”

tesla service sucks. No 2 ways about it. They suck.

I fixed the issue, I changed the break pads myself on all 4 tires and it stopped!
