Yeah, I get that. My roof was cracked so I needed something either way. I figure this will be stronger and keep me from having to replace the glass roof again.

Shipping - $600 (from Taiwan)
Window guy to come, cut my old roof out, and glue new roof in - $125
Total: $1830

Well, that's not 'solid' cf. Looks like 1 layer and the rest is resin or it's layed on polycarbonate or glass? I'm not sure the strength of that roof is anywhere near the glass original. What does the manufacturer say about the construction of it?

How's the roof after your install since 2021? Do you have an IG or some sort of social media account I can ask for your input/review on this item specifically? Hows the NVH and quality after exposing it to the sun/wear and tear after 2 years?

Something is off about this. I don't understand how carbon fiber can weigh as much as tempered glass. Glass is extremely heavy compared to carbon fiber. Also the fact that light can be seen through the roof is strange.
