Charge port door remote open not working

Not sure it's just a bug in the latest firmware or an issue specific to my car, but using the button on the charge cable to remotely open the charge port door seems to no longer work. I thought it might just be an issue with the HPWC I have in my garage, but it also didn't work at the SuperCharger this weekend. Has anyone else noticed this issue with the latest firmware? The door still opens / closes fine if I push on it but it won't open with the button on the charge cable.

It's working fine for me. Perhaps try doing a full restart (with the center scroll wheels and then the top buttons). If that doesn't help, you should schedule an appointment with your service center.

It may help if you hold the handle higher, close to the rear hatch window. That should be where the antenna in the car is located. I suppose a reset might help as well.

It was magically fixed with the latest firmware update that I got a few days ago. Seems like they tend to fix two things and break one thing with every firmware update.

I'm having this problem with one of my HPWC's. Cars work, just the one HPWC doesn't seem to send the signal.

Here's a funny one about the button transmitters. A couple weeks ago, we went to the restaurant that is next to the Boise Supercharger. When we came out and got in the car to leave, my charge port door was open. Someone pushing the button on a cable over there had opened my charge port!
