Hi all. I am working to build a business that is focused on identifying charger locations and waits (if and when applicable). What I would like to know is what challenges you see with charging in the US. If you would be so kind as to take the attached survey it will help us make sure the product that we end up building is a product that is useful to owners!

Hmm, I just took the survey. A couple of interesting thoughts on this:

I notice you don’t ask where we have used fast chargers. Do you get the location data of the people who take the survey somehow, like from IP addresses? Waiting is very location dependent, so I would think that would be important. Given that I have only ever used Superchargers in Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah, I have never seen a full Supercharger. The most cars I have ever seen besides my own is 2, but most of the time they are empty.



Also, I see that you only included $2 to $8 for gauging what cost people would pay to not wait. I would think it might be good to find out how high people’s impatience threshold is. I would have thought $10 or $15 might be interesting.
