Charging to set percentage: How?

I may be a moron, but I’ve seen many posts about charging to 90 percent (or other percentages) but I haven’t been able to find anything on the touchscreen that enables me to set a percentage charge. The sliding charge limiter doesn’t indicate percentages. Am I missing something?

In settings you need to switch from "Range" units to "Charge" units. (Not sure about the exact terminology, just going by memory).
After that you will start seeing charge percentage instead of mileage. On the mobile app too.

But even with it displaying in the distance units of rated miles, the charge limit bar graph still has the little tick marks at the bottom on the increments of 10%. The division point between "Daily" and "Trips" on that bar is at 90%, and if you use the down arrow, it will jump by 10% at a time, to 80, 70, 60, etc.
