???? Is that satire? I would prefer one of those Scandinavian countries where public interest from the government guides almost everything. They seem to be doing very well for themselves.
I’m talking countries or continents with similar population density and or city sizes to those of the USA. Scandinavia does fine but only because of their scale — Much larger and it all falls apart.

2021 arctic sea ice extent off to a good start:

You're making assumptions. And how exactly do we get nuclear power, $1/w solar, ~$40k EVs or eliminate small pox without government? Context.

And when that doesn't happen.... will you accept physics?
Physics was difficult for me in college, but I passed. I accept the fundamentals. But atmospheric physics is highly contentious. Some physicists believe the CO2 effect is much greater than what others think. From the Richard Lindzen-Gerald North debate I attended in Houston back in 2010, the debate amongst the true atmospheric physicists is primarily over the increase of water vapor in the atmosphere, and what kind of feedbacks will result from it.

Things to consider.

- The earth has capabilities further than anyone in this conversation can imagine.
- It‘s survived far worse than anything humans could ever throw at it.
- Earth could wipe humanity off its face like a hanging booger if conditions are right.

It‘s frankly arrogant to think that we are right about anything climate change related when we have arguably studied space more so than our own oceans. It’s all theory and we’re all just one mass extinction event from being a factor in the grand scheme of things.

That being said. I’m just here for the cars and comedy and wish you all a healthy day.

Not too much for the global warming alarmists to write home about at the moment.

For the 29th of May, this is how 2021 compares to some recent years:

2021 - 12,205,000 Km^2
2020 - 11,718,000 Km^2
2019 - 11,758,000 Km^2
2018 - 11,773,000 Km^2
2017 - 12,214,000 Km^2
2016 - 11,334,000 Km^2
2015 - 11,865,000 Km^2
2014 - 12,274,000 Km^2

I would not be surprised if you climate change activists think the Arctic ice is melting away to oblivion with this data.

Figures, you believe the Earth is flat, so a 2 dimensional measurement... In the real world, glaciers and ice bergs are 3 dimensional. And, when they break off and float away, that's 4th dimension. LOL

We haven’t kept first hand (as in not collected from rock or fossil samples) climate records long enough to assess that with veracity.

No.... but we can use Ice cores deposited since records began to verify the accuracy of Ice Cores before records began. Comparing Isotope ratios of Oxygen is more than accurate enough to get a good idea of Earths climate history.

Projection isn’t helpful. I think you didn’t understand my post.

We could all be wrong about climate change and your and my argument regarding it be all for naught. The question is: What are you doing to help?

Looks fairly cyclical to me.

That's probably the strongest evidence supporting climate change. The cycles are triggered by minor wobbles in Earths Orbit but are FAR too weak to be even remotely responsible for the wide swings in temperature. The only plausible explanation is the radiative feedback from higher CO2 levels. An increase in CO2 from 180ppm to ~280ppm causes a ~10C increase in temperature. What effect do you think 280ppm to >400ppm is going to have?
