I've actually plugged in both ways. Obviously, nothing yet. I'll run with taumax's theory.
There IS some legitimacy to the hidden VIN though. I recall when I checked my app late last night, I noticed I had a ‘continue’ button instead of view, and it indicated that I needed to upload insurance. I figured this meant VIN on the horizon and went to bed. And in the morning I saw the VIN!

Ordered a MYP this past Monday (Memorial day). Stopped into the Lone Tree mall store and was able to test drive a MY. Ordered right after the drive we loved it lol! Ordered White/Black w/Tow no FSD. App says Aug 20th-Oct 1.

Didn't know we had a Colorado waiting room. Seems to be for mY but, just got my vin for the m3 and was wondering if anyone used a finance company that took the 2500.00 up front. Thanks!

Congrats on your M3 and getting a VIN. I used NFCU for financing and my deposit will go to Tesla nothing out of pocket to NFCU.

Good luck! when the vin does show up, I almost missed it because was so used to not seeing it. I actually stared at it for a bit, almost like waiting for it to disappear

Got the insurance added, reapplying for financing today. SA said we should be good to go in 2 weeks.
