No charge port lights at all, changed charge port, no difference

I didn't buy the extra tool I'd only use once. The HV bolts are low torque, and I used vice grips for removal and reinstallation.

The bolts should be torqued precisely to 6 N*m (53 inch lbs) which you can't do with vice grips. I would not mess with anything high voltage related. Imagine you use the vice grips to rip them off and it creates a facture and the bolt breaks and now shorts against the other cable. Your pyro fuse will blow instantly.

My charge port door was sticking and wouldn't open on its own. A small amount of WD-40 at the hinge seemed to get it working again.

Our first MS charge door used to stick. I got some Torx wrenches and loosened it a bit... shifted it and retightened... it was just rubbing on the tail like reflector. Never gave us trouble again.
