Cream with different wood?

I like the lighter interior, but really not feeling the oak wood, it reminds me of cheap cabinets (at least from pictures I've seen). Anyone know if it's possible to get one of the darker woods with the cream seats?

Just saw some better pictures of the oak and it looks a lot better than it did from further away. I think it'll be totally fine.

Oak looks best IMHO. I have the oak with cream colored seats.

Yeah, once I saw close ups, I really liked it. ...which is good because it's what I already ordered

Just picked up a Raven model S with the cream interior. Prior to ordering I also thought I would change out the oak trim to a darker wood somehow. Once seeing it, I cannot think of a better color combination. I think it looks great and the oak has some texture and depth to it as well.

Now on the downside, model S cream interior comes with cream colored mats. They look fantastic, for the first day. I am fairly meticulous with my cars but after the first day the driver mat look like it had three months on it. This will not work so I removed the mats and put something temporary in place.

Anyone want to swap for black mats?

This is the Model X forum. All X’s have black carpet, regardless of exterior color. I do not think X and S mats are interchangeable.

My bad, you are correct. Forgot this was under the X forum. I'm sure the mats would not be compatible.

Glad to know the X won't have cream mats. I've seen both, but the cream mats must have been in Ss not Xs. Glad I won't have to go buy different mats right away.
