My account is down, and I own a Model 3. Something is up with the Tesla database. Maybe good things for prospective Model Y owners. 
When our friends contacted their SA to use our referral code it showed up in our Tesla account I think the same day, assuming the SA did it right away. Neither us, nor our friend, have received deliveries yet. We both ordered early May and are awaiting VINs like everyone else, but the referral went through just fine.

Aventura as well. I've been harassing them. I call the Ft Lauderdale SC, the Aventura store, the Coral Gables store...
Maybe they are canceling everyone’s order cos they can’t deliver….lol. This account site has had so many problems over the last few weeks. I don’t think it means anything other than tesla needs to improve this infra.must be the mass load of VINs!

After watching my order status and these forums for a few weeks, I have observed that the website routinely (almost weekly) goes down for a brief period and nothing changes when it comes back up again.

The one time it loaded for me, everything was there except for my Model Y where you have to click the manage button. Fingers crossed it comes back with a VIN. Everyone start praying and crossing fingers and toes.

Funny, I'm a project manager that handles an account page similar to Tesla's and if my site was down, I would be crapping bricks and all hands would be on deck. But when Tesla's goes down we're all so excited and hopefully it comes back with good news. (Also they couldn't care less how we feel about it being down probably.)

So I finally decided to activate my Instagram and remembered I have an old co worker that works at the Marina del Rey SC. All he said is “ expect accounts to be updated starting tomorrow and into next week”
I assume the 10-20k+ other people dealing with this containment hold like us are all hitting refresh simultaneously and brought their web server down lol. Take that Elon.
