Same here. Refresh is fine, but date not changing to vin. The date did go away once, but now back again at the 6-10 weeks.

@e143slime8 I'm in NY and was advised by my SA to leave the insurance info blank until a VIN is assigned as it's required in NY.
So Vision will be backwards compatible with HW2.5/HW3? What about earlier cars? I guess we will learn more soon.

Yup, definitely going to be back of the bus for VINs. Here's hoping as the day progresses that starts to change! Noticed that a lot of folks in EST/CST with Late March/Early April delivery dates who were assigned vins got them around 4-5pm their time (at least for those furiously refreshing lol).
Holy Bat Cave!!!!!! After monitoring this site and updating Tesla site like everyone here several times a day, I did so again just now and find I now have a VIN assigned to me along with this:
I'm dumfdounded!!!!!!. Hoping this is not a glitch especially since I have now transferred my insurance from my existing, soon to be "sold" car to the new Y!! Was in process of reading here with 5 pages to go so not sure if this has been going on today. Will keep you posted.

I've ordered at Lawrence too. No update yet. I had called the delivery specialist this morning (my SA is only back tomm) and was asked to call in tomm and check in with the SA.
