I'm with you - I'm not expecting any 3/Y announcements. I think they'll stay focused on the new S and (maybe) Tesla Vision. That being said, I really hope they announce the official pricing and availability for the FSD subscriptions. As someone who is leasing their new Y and is scheduled for delivery next week, those details will really help me make the decision about paying the $10k or not.
I’m also hoping for FSD/enhanced autopilot news. For some reason, I have a feeling there will be good Y news. What if the inventory cars people have been ordering, didn’t have the update? What a s…t storm that would be!

On top of this, my experiences thus far and research is compounded by the fact that I live in Texas and they cannot "directly" sell me my MY. I'm not defeated or turned off at this point, however it is becoming quite overwhelming and I would be extremely disappointed if my Delivery Day is anything but positively memorable. I've been waiting to purchase this car for about 2.5 years now, and I want this to be a special day.
My understanding is that TX has been figured out, you just pick it up at a delivery center like anywhere else. I bought two Model 3s in Los Angeles but am now in Dallas and waiting for a MY7, so I guess we'll both soon see! Keep the faith, there's a very good chance you will have a great experience, I did on both occasions with our 3s. At the end of the day tho, the cars are fantastic and worth it even if you have a meh delivery 😎

I think you received the old version. You should return.

Here are my tags from the driver and passenger mats, that indicate 2021+. I ordered from formytesla.com and used code PT for a $10 discount. Delivery was days after order. Shipment from Fontana, CA.

Thanks again for sharing your tags, @Greg007 . I just finished a chat session with RPMTesla and their rep confirmed with MaxPider that my version is still correct. Hopefully it all fits properly when we receive our Y:

(I mentioned before my mat set is exactly the same revision as yours.)

I'm a bit luckier wrt returning - my set was purchased from Costco ( costco.ca carries it. unsure about US though ) so I could return it any time if it does not fit.

I'm one of those guys who immediately start modding the factory audio system, mainly because even premium audio systems from legacy car manufacturers suck. What is installed by Tesla is very good, but it's not going to satisfy the boys who want to the car to literally shake from 1000 watt subs and audio processors. Luckily, my goal is clarity so I am satisfied with Tesla's stock system for the most part. My one complaint is the imaging: I cannot seem to get the sound to "emanate" from mid cabin. The sound stage always seems to be in front of you, or behind you - still working on this, lol.

I’m trying to keep expectations low. My current car is Volvo xc90, much lauded for its sound. And deservedly so. It really is very good and clear. Some times a song will come on and I literally get emotional, like being in a concert hall.

Please update after you pick up your Y this Friday, @jjgg ! I will use your experience as evidence in case I still do need to return.

Question for the group to help me maintain my sanity - does the account page and dates in there update more than once per day? Or is it just in the morning? Would like to help my OCD relax and stop refreshing that damn account page.
For me, my dates update almost daily or sometimes every other day, always between 8-9AM EST. I haven't had them change at any other time of the day.

In 2019 I bought a used Model S down in San Antonio and the delivery was insanely smooth.
Just go in, show ID, they hand you the keys, and you can drive it off (of course all the paperwork was done before via FedEx because TX).
Best experience ever! Even the used car buying process wasn't as bad as expected and happened a heck of a lot quicker than buying the MY new.

So if i find a MY in stock and click buy and pay the 100. Am i able to pay my current pricing or will it be the new more expensive pricing
So from what others have commented; you only get current pricing if the Delivery Specialist can transfer the inventory order to your order. The problem is, if you don't want the car and reject the delivery you go to the back of the line...
