Been trying to get a hold of someone at my local SC for the past week and my rebate application is set to expire tomorrow.
The CVRP folks are asking that a Delivery Specialist/Tesla rep contact them and verify the VIN and purchase as new inventory vehicle purchases apparently go through a different rebate validation process.
Unfortunately, my original Delivery Specialist no longer works at my local SC and e-mail messages sent to the general SC service address (per recommendation of on-site SC staff) + voicemails have gone unanswered. Does anyone know what may be the best way to escalate the request?
