You would think a wind tunnel is ONLY going to have the newest coolest equipment you are starting to build in it, why would they put it near a public road? I guess they figure everyone is flying drones over, what privacy could they hope to get.

That wiper is ridiculous. Change for actual improvement is great, change just to be different (such as that wiper) is idiotic. Replacement blades are going to cost a fortune and with a single blade that big you're going to have to replace more frequently or just deal with small nicks.

It uses two standard blades.
Location and single arm eliminates cross linkage and motor packaging mid hood. Vertical park position is easier to clean and more aerodynamic.
