I'm very jealous Slyastro as I signed my pre-MPVA before you (and I'm P179) and still no news (no finalize order button or delivery window)

I wonder if they're building/delivering Canadian cars in batches based on configuration options? I am #343 and have a March 7-21 window. I have virtually the same config (except for exterior color) as Steph_S who also has the same delivery window, and who also has a higher reservation number than you.

At least you were given a 2-month window of March/April during your pre-MPVA signing. Check your email (Spam folder, etc) for anything from Tesla Motors. Also, you may want to try to clear your browser cache or try logging in to MY TESLA from a new browser in case the button isn't appearing due to browser issues.

My garage is ready - HPWC or not :)

I recently got 400 amps installed at home (I did it because I heat with electricity, have an induction cook top, a spa which runs year 'round, etc, etc...), so my electrical room looks like a commercial building:

And then I ran 100 amps to the garage and put a subpanel there so I could do some fun stuff:

I have a 100A breaker for the eventual HPWC (yes that's the worst photoshop job ever). I have a 50A breaker for a NEMA 6-50 (in case the HPWC doesn't come in time). I also stuck another 15A 120V outlet on there (I didn't have enough in my badly planned garage), and I put a 20A heater breaker to keep my garage and new baby warmer in winter. I know that all adds up to more than 100A, but I will likely be dialing back my charging to 50-60A most of the time, and I'll have 80A when I need it.

Can't wait for my car!!!

As a utility guy, I have to ask... what's with the meter on top of the cabinet between the main disconnect and the splitter bus? A 400 amp service would require a transformer-rated meter, and that looks like the old 200 amp self-contained utility meter...

Yeah, that's the old meter. Still waiting for Hydro to come pick it up and install the new meter. In the meantime, I'm running on FREE electrons. :) They are coming in the next couple days to finalize the install. The electrician doesn't do the actual meter install outside (which you most likely know -- being in utility).

Thanks for the tips Steph_S but didn't find anything different. What number should I call? I sent a note to buildModelS and they responded with the below:

Bonjour,

Your order was submitted to the factory in January! All is going according to plan and you will be contacted 2-4 weeks before your car is ready by a delivery specialist to go over delivery and payment information.

Best,

Cool !!

ZAX, how much does it costs you to upgrade from 200A to 400A (total costs) ??

Thanks

Awesome! Just got the email from Tesla moments ago to arrange delivery. Window is March 11-25th! Right before the BC rebate deadline! :) Only problem is, in going through the online delivery options, it says the closest service center for pick up is in Seattle. They don't know they have a Vancouver service center yet! The guru's at Tesla are trying to figure it out before I finish the checklist.

If they are batching Canadian 60's, check your email and buttons today!

Following your kind advice I called Tesla in Palo Alto and my delivery was stating "TBD". The HQ Product Specialist was not sure of what it meant so she transfered me to John the Quebec DS... I left a voicemail at around 5:30pm and at 7pm I received an email for my delivery. Button was there and I have my delivery window on March 16th-30th. That easy!

And that is perfect timing as I will be on vacation before that and falls right after the winter tire obligation.

Morristhecat, you were spot on!

Great news PB!

I thought the DS for Quebec was Alex? Are there more than one?

Morris; I confirmed my window last week also for March 8th to 18th. The website doesn't understand that we are in Canada, and there is no home delivery yet here, but Vancouver will be where you pick up. I called TM to confirm this. They said Hans would call to confirm all of the items anyways, and to indicate home delivery for now.

Yes! just in time for the rebate and after the new budget it is unlikely to be extended.
