Delivery estimate on final MVPA Accurate?

Haven't received a final MVPA with an estimated delivery date, but just found out our X is arriving at the Raleigh Service Center tonight!
We're not quite prepared, as our last information was it would enter production at the end of June for delivery at the end of July.

Order details and timeline are in my signature!

When does MVPA become "final"?
My latest file was created 6/9/16 but had no delivery date. I have a VIN and DS estimate to deliver, per my DS email "Production has been expedited on your Model X order and we are likely looking at early-to-mid-July instead of the end of the month for delivery."

I got a "real" MVPA the day my X went into production. Originally MyTesla just had an "Order Agreement", that when you opened, at the top said "Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement". Now MyTesla also lists a Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement. The first page is the same as the Order Agreement was, but the second page is a "Final Price Sheet", with buyer, seller, "Vehicle to be delivered on or about" date, and odometer reading. The rest of the page is a long list of in and out costs for financing, taxes, doc and delivery, etc., similar to a real estate closing (strangely, I've done more of those in my life than vehicles purchased), with a final "Amount due from Buyer".

Of course, I'm sure that page changes if you're leasing, or even depending on where you live. In the footnote, mine is the "California MVPA (Cash) (v. 20130212)" version, which is because living in Utah where Tesla can't sell directly, the transaction technically happens in California. Tesla FedEx'd me additional forms with a temporary California registration, and stuff to fill out for the California DMV and something about an out-of-state-transaction exempting me from California sales tax (which I get to pay sales tax separately, when I go to register my vehicle in Utah).

Got loan approval from Alliant this morning! Pickup scheduled for 3:00 today!

Also received my MVPA, shows:
VEHICLE TO BE DELIVERED ON OR ABOUT: 06/23/2016

I just received my final MVPA yesterday, which says delivery on or about July 30th. However, my DS had scheduled delivery for August 4th already, prior to the final MVPA being produced. He did say if the vehicle arrives earlier and can be ready for delivery earlier, he would let me know. As far as I know, it's probably still in transit to the east coast, as it just shipped out about a week ago.

Our delivery specialist said the MVPA isn't generated until delivery is scheduled. You won't get your MVPA until you've already been contacted to schedule delivery. So it won't tell you ahead of time when you can expect delivery.

My final MVPA shows Aug 3rd. I have not been contacted regarding a delivery date as of yet. My car has been "in transit" for about a week now (headed to Tysons corner in va). I'm confident that my DS will be contacting me soon though.
