Same deal for me. Like you I’m not interested in this configuration, so not concerned. I am slightly surprised that Tesla jumped over AZ — although one Arizonan reports getting a car — but not that surprised. We have observed that deliveries of X and S are managed and suspect that’s what's happening here. I wouldn’t be surprised if we both were invited in the next week since they could still get cars to our close locations by Jan 31. But who knows how fast they are filling the existing orders.
I hope they really have figured out the bottlenecks lest cash flow becomes a serious problem. My desires for a new car are far less important to me.
