Do/could the CCS1/2 DC Fast Chargers fall back to AC

It is clear the US Tesla Destination chargers/wall connectors are AC only and I am 99% certain the current US Tesla Superchargers are DC only; however, the Superchargers could potentially be implemented to fall back to AC charging if something in the DC charging wherewithal was amiss. Do any of the CCS1/2 including the dual cabled European Tesla DC Fast chargers world-wide fall back to AC charging when DC charging fails to work? I don't think the Tesla charging screen indicates whether an active charging session is AC or DC? The screen does show a voltage during a level 1/2 charging session and no voltage during a DC charging session so AC/DC charging can be determined; however, a non-techie owner might not know the charger is charging via AC and not DC.

No. The AC pins are not present in the CCS DC connector.
