DRL on 7.1 keep lighting?

DRL on 7.1

When my MS was on 6.2, the day running light only ON when the car is on, ie, in driving or parked gear
but on 7.1, the DRL is ON when the car is unlocked? It turns on when I approach the car and the car unlock, and it keeps on when I exit the car and will only turn off when the car locked. Normal behavior?
