Some group of people should break into Elon's house or office, ransack it, then the group should head outside and one person can tell the rest of the people to all go home, because I guess telling people to go home after you've all broken the law somehow makes you innocent?

From my point of view, this dude was being escorted out of the building after everything was already over. Either way, if these officers were indeed helping him out then maybe they should be prosecuted to, it doesn’t make this Qanon clown innocent.

It was in the "court of public opinion". That video did not fit the narrative of certain media outlets, so it was not shared with their viewers. Best not to let the herded masses have independent thought.
What happened AFTER the crime isn't relevant to the case. If you rob a bank, a video of you standing outside peacefully and "guarding" the bank's broken glass against other robbers isn't relevant to the charges against you.

I'm NOT excusing their actions. But allowing the public to only see video that "CEO X of Media Company Y" views as relevant is just blatantly dishonest.
If this were flipped politically, people on the left would be screaming. Those of us that try to stay somewhere in the middle see the hypocrisy on both sides with stuff like this. It's why we don't trust either political party.
People on the left are already screaming, because we're seeing video that "Host X of Media Company Y" views as relevant, where X=Tucker Carlson and Y=Fox News/News Corp.

Because I am in the middle, any Federal Officer that assisted should be prosecuted.

- QAnon shaman" Jacob Chansley pleaded guilty to a single count of obstructing a proceeding of Congress, nearly eight months after gaining widespread notoriety for his bizarre appearance as he invaded the Capitol with a horde of other Trump supporters.
None of his charges include destruction of govt property or anything else. He was part of the group that obstructed proceedings by Congress PERIOD. Why is this so hard to understand?

My father and brother have had Cybertruck reservations essentially since Day One and I forwarded that Facebook video with the good spec info etc from investors day to my father -- who is sitting on a pile of TSLA -- and his response was essentially this response and aimed at Elon. Apparently in just the past few weeks he’s decided he doesn’t want to be seen in a truck tied to Elon. Enough was enough. Said he’s getting a Ford.

Is this a joke? It wasn’t “withheld.” It is literally irrelevant, along with thousands of other hours of innocuous video from that day, which is why people haven’t seen it before. It only seems to have any relevance once you put a voiceover on it mischaracterizing it... a Voiceover designed to do the thinking for people who are incapable of understanding what it is unless spoon-fed the spin.
At no point has anyone involved flatly said it was withheld from defense attorneys in the court case. This has been insinuated by any number of professional liars -- including attorneys in the case who know better -- but it’s not true.

This. When you broke into the capitol that day to try to overturn an election for the nation’s highest office you committed at least one serious crime. It’s not a joke, regardless of his stupid outfit.
Tesla's BOD needs to fire Elon ASAP. Elon of course has freedom of speech just like any other person in the US. He should be allowed to tweet "Free Ted Kaczynski" or "Free Terry Nichols" if he wants to. But he shouldn't be allowed to do so as the face of Tesla because he's hurting sales.
If Chansley's defense attorneys tried to introduce this video during the trial it would have been thrown out as not relevant to the case.
