Thanks for the thought. During the 2nd service request, Service Manager called me directly and gave me his contact number. Not worried he’ll make it right. Just annoying something is happening…again.

Cancelled the appointment. I see what they did...one of the original issues was the glass rattling/bouncing off the B-pillar seal when closing the door. There was also little pressure from the glass onto the B-pillar seal when the door was closed causing a lot of wind buffeting noise. Looks like there was the added rubber placed between the seals that touch the glass, and that added rubber came out where there is little/no contact between the seal and glass when the window was lowered all the way.
Well, original issue came back when that rubber came out. So, just made the adjustments this guy details and original issue is gone.
