Exclude a trip from safety score - the one trick Elon doesn't want you to know

I've been playing around with this some more. Got an FCW this morning on my commute when I was on an empty onramp and my car saw the rising sun and freaked out. So I went ahead and did the 2 scroll wheel reset right during the drive and that entire trip did not count at all.

Thus, if you drive normally or get FCW or even an AP strike on your trip, just do a scroll wheel reset to exclude that trip from the safety score.

Hopefully this helps!

You have to do the reset before you complete the drive?
Yeah, but what gets reset is the previous session up to the point of the rebooting of the infotainment computer. At that point it thinks it just started a new trip. Looks to me that safety data gets written off the cache only when the car gets in parking (or maybe even locking). Up to that point it is in some volatile memory location that can get wiped by an unexpected 🤡 reset.
