I did change the password and its charged to 60% overnight. I don’t know if its that or if Tesla has done something remotely, they have not got back to me yet.
Typically the assumption is you've a third party app affecting things. Changing the password blocks 3rd party app from running unless you also change their login credentials to match.
If you have any APPs that connect to the car they will (all) become disabled (unable to connect, until the password is reset in each APP).
So if there is anything (e.g. something that you installed as a trial and have since forgotten about, or "another user" / "previous owner" / whatever then changing password guarantees that nothing, unexpected, will connect. You'll need to log back in with your phone APP etc. with the revised password
Its a long shot (as you'd likely know about any such APPs), but rules out that possibility.
OK, thanks. Just been on a run and its down to 49%. Will charge to 60% again tonight. I’m fairly confident it will charge as the charge screen came on saying “ Charging will start at 0030.“ its not done that for awhile.
