Fails reach set charge

Seems odd it would be 10% out, I've seen 1% or 2% variation on occasions.

So all the usual questions I guess:
  • By a 'Tesla wall connector', are you meaning a Tesla 7Kw wall charger or the granny charger on a 13amp plug?
  • Are you setting things in the car or via the mobile app?
  • Do you have a 'start time' or 'ready by' time set in the car (you can't have both!)?
  • Do you have preconditioning set up?
  • Does the wall box have any schedule running (I don't think the Tesla ones can)?
  • Any other apps (like TeslaFi) that may be controlling the charge?

I think you may be on to something. I added Mrs Mick to drivers profile two months ago and it started playing up then. What I intend to do is:

Delete both iPhones
Factory reset the car
Reinstall the phones

bit drastic, but will eliminate software issues.

If it’s 3rd party issue then a factory reset won’t make any difference, so worth thinking of changing your password as well to invalidate any tokens that might be out there. I think even the Tesla app will require you to log back in again too
