Free EAP? Did anyone else get it?

I know a fella that’s had two OTA updates over the last 3 months and hasn’t had any issues...

When it's free it's free. Tesla won't remove it. I have been in a friend's car that has underline Dual Motor but he only ordered AWD. He came back from service today and it still has the underline. He says service tech can't do anything about it and they don't care too much about removing it. They have real problems to fix then to make customers upset.

That is one lucky guy if he paid for a 3D and got a P3D... I'd have to see it to believe it, but I am sure stranger things have happened with all the miscommunications going on.
