FSD is software and hardware combination so you are new legal owner and regardless of warranty period of car you are covered (least on software aspect)I'm thinking of going to the Disputes Tribunal also.
I have a second hand tesla that I bought with FSD based on Tesla's website saying the feature will be coming soon. The lane change, summon, autopark are very broken too.

Just what I expected.I did in fact not hear from tesla by the end of the week.
Park assist mostly does 5-7 point park... now a days not even showing the parking spots...Just what I expected.
They've released updated autopark to the US cars running FSD but we are still stuck with the legacy park assist that barely works. Would be nice to see some updates to FSD/EAP here but nothing.

They got 5 years from you to get FSD ready... perhaps max. 5 weeks to explain why it's not ready?Yep someone else already linked that. UK legal system is similar but not identical.
Just wondering how long I give them to respond..
