FWD Sensors?

Just picked up my X. Question.... Should the FWD stop before they touch anything? I tested it out by opening the FWD standing next to it, and it hit me before it stopped. Any suggestions?

Is this a fault or expected?

The sensors are good at picking up cars and walls, not people. Also, X's built thus far only use sensors when opening, not closing. It will follow the same arc when it closes that it used when it opened.

There used to be a pinch sensor, but Tesla stopped using it and instead looks for resistance when closing (in other words, after a hit.)

Better to practice on something that will not dent the Door or vinyl wrap... funny person
