Ghost Referral?

I recently needed to charge at a Supercharger, but on checking my account, I can see it was 'free' and I'm eating into 400 kWh of credit.

I'm guessing it is a referral, but I can see nothing in my actual account, is that because it's a lease car maybe?

If someone used my code, thanks - anyone else ? .

It could be that the car was originally ordered for someone else who used a referral code but then subsequently didn't carry through.

We had a referral from a lease car ordered back last December that the original person changed their order so the lease remained in lease name. Our referral code was eventually realised on 27/06.

I requested the Tesla sales person use a previous customer's referral code to get extra miles, so maybe this happened to you too.

You should be able to go into your loot box on the app, or into my account online and see some information about who it was and when it was ordered.

I think this ability is broken for anyone on a lease.

Doesn't show anything for me on either.

I am a lease customer too so doesnt seem to be. I cant see how many miles I actually have remaining, but I can see when someone uses my referral. I have just noticed though that no names are given now.

Mine says zero in that section! Strange!

I dont see that screenshot in my account but i see when people order

No names mean that it is a leasing company that is actually buying the car. Otherwise a christian name will appear.
