And if I had a taped on factory spoiler on another car that peeled off as often as on the MYP, I would take it off as well.

I remember reading an article when Tesla changed it to Mondo. Supposedly the Mondo comparable performance.

Tesla switches from Brembo to Mando for rear brake calipers on Model Y Performance
Tesla says you are not going to notice this change as there are no visual differences and they do not impact the braking performance.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought the MYP performance brake is an upgrade in the ROTOR, not the CALIPER.

The MYP changed to a Model S rear caliper with a cover on it in August. It's really funny that the SC didn't know that!

Is it something that SC could do to change them back to Brembo if the car has the Mando rears or you are stuck with it?

The older calipers would bolt right up, but I have no idea how you'd convince them to do it!
I mean we don't even use our brakes most of the time. Model S, X and Performance 3 don't have red calipers anymore. Eventually they probably will do the same with Y. As long as the brakes are comparable with the Old Brembo, does it really matter?

It guess it depends. From a OCD perspective, yes!
Is the M3P caliper change very recent? I have an M3P built in June 2022 that has red calipers, and I've seen several new M3Ps at the local service center in recent months, still with red calipers.

Sorry you are right. M3P still have red calipers. I was thinking about they no longer have the lowered suspensions.
