Hazard Warranty

I just took delivery of my MS. I am looking at purchasing the 4 year service plan, however, I did not see Tesla offering the hazard warranty on tires and wheels. Is there a place I can buy the hazard warranty?

My understanding is that Tesla no longer offers a wheel/tire warranty.

The basically said the company they contracted with gave poor service so it was better not to offer it. My question is why they thought that it would be acceptable since those companies never give good service.
