State Inspection done this morning at Sterling McCall Lexus (SW Freeway).
Advantages:
Free coffee, and breakfast on Saturdays (it sounds like they alternate between omelettes and tacos)
Great WiFi
Easy check-in and pickup (but don't forget to leave your key as I always do)
They wash your car
I've trained 'em for you - they now know to only charge for the Safety inspections at $7, not the $25 Emissions/Safety fee!

Where is a good place to charge in the heights/mid town area? i heard the level 2 Blink station takes forever to charge.

ChargePoint stations at Whole Foods on Waugh, and Advantage BMW, are the right price (Free with ChargePoint card, which is also Free) but at 30 Amps are not what you could call Fast.

i charged at whole food for the first time yesterday with the charge point card. it was only 194v and 30AMP; screen showed 6kwh + 0kwh
Also stopped by the galleria to use the HWPCs but they were all plugged in.

If the charging cars have California plates, they are demos and they're usually willing to let us take over the charger.
Near the Galleria there's another Whole Foods that has ChargePoint in the parking garage, I just remembered... Gonna be as slow as the other one.

No, but the Tesla comes with an adapter for the J1772 plug that connects it to the car's charging port.

Indeed. First you tap the card (or use the app) to activate the ChargePoint, then you can take the nozzle and attach your adaptor. Then sometimes you may have to unlock the Tesla's charge port again but either way, once it lets you plug it in, you're green.

Remember to take the J1772 adapter home with you. i left it at wholefood and has turn around. Thanks God it was still there.

Anson at VIVË Auto Finishing And Detail can help you with this stuff, explaining all the options, whether or not you hire them to have it done. I went with CQuartz which is similar ...and I am highly satisfied with the result as I am too lazy to wash the car as often as it deserves!

My wife and I ordered a white 70D. Should arrive in late June. Got pano roof, next gen seats, auto pilot, and premium interior pkg.

Is there a guide on first things to take care of upon arrive? Such as tint, cquartz/opticoat, etc?
