How do I put this panel back?

Removed the entire trunk trim to sound deaden the trunk area and fenders for upcoming audio install and attempt to make Model 3 rattle free (didn't really work that much) but I can't put this one single panel back... it just falls off... everything intact, nothing is broken, but I put it on and falls... any ideas? Is there a trick to put back?

Mine is loose. I can't figure it out, either.

I went by the service center today. You have to move the rubber gasket out of the way to keep it from getting under the trip piece as you push it into place. Once he did, it snapped back into place.
