Drive over to the Cherry Creek store or the Littleton store or the Lone Tree store and ask for a test drive. Someone will get assigned to you.

Completely untrue. My sister ordered a car first, then her SA added my referral. I have 1000 miles in my loot box on my app.

When did this happen? The change in policy was fairly recent.

Use Referral Code Link To Order... Period.

Ordered October 18. Added my referral October 20. Took delivery November 1. Miles appeared November 2.

It all comes down to your SA. Liz over at the Westmont store is a lion.

I’m glad it worked for you but you are the first person in the past few months to have success with this and there have been dozens of members posting that Tesla has refused to honor the code so I wouldn’t count on it.

+1 Happened to me too (got referral credit for my own order) It did take 14 emails to the referral dept. to fix though!


Unfortunately the answer like most things Tesla is it depends on who you talk too.

Well, I'm taking delivery tomorrow. I asked my SA to add a referral code earlier today and just got a message confirming that the code was added.
I also asked about it at the New Owner's Workshop and the answer was that the only restriction is that it must be added before delivery.

This is so frustrating, cause even when you click a ref code, it even has an option "I already have one on order".

I dont have a SA cause I did this online myself, and from everything I read, I have no way to actually get one, minus driving 2 hours to the closest show room. SO i think im out my ref code ;(

Ordered 11/14, gave SA the referral code last week, she said she added it. I will let you know.

I clicked "I already have one on order" and nothing happened so I emailed the referral program email address and they said the referral was already in the system so it must have just worked automagically?

I agree and I got no dice since I ordered all by myself online, got the code. When I asked the delivery specialist, "What's up with the supercharger credit?". he said I did not qualified because of the route I took. I thought that was bogus for sure. The only way is to promote RAH, RAH the code you get and have someone else order/purchase. SMH

Just an email from SA saying she added it. I guess I will see it in the account after I get the SR+ if all goes well
