Individual Strikes Don't Expire

It bugs me that individual strikes don't expire. I got two last May, and despite flawless attention to driving since then and new versions of FSDb, they are still there. If I ever get to four, I'll be tempted to intentionally strike out just so I can start over.

I'm with you.

The nag for looking at the screen is super short, and I get hit with it too often. And unlike steering wheel torque, there's no warning.
When you strike out, you go back to Enhanced Autopilot and most things still work. But you don't get the inside camera nag!!!
