When was your installation performed?
Glad this recall information is helpful to others, it's not good to have a possibly broken safety switch.
I was installed in October of 2021. After install they tested the switches several times and there were no issues.
That seems totally wrong. Every electrical distributor knew about this before that, and the good ones alerted their customers (CED, Gexpro, Edges all alerted us)
Who installed your system?
I am pretty surprised that they didn't have it together and know this as late as October 2021. Maybe these 2 slipped through the cracks.
See the recall notice posted earlier.
Check for the serial numbers on your disconnects.
If you cannot read it, reach out to your installer or clean off the paint gently. I don't have specific information on this.
Don't look at the bar code on the side... look on the other side of the front panel.
This paper will include the catalog number, the 4 digit "build week" code, and country of origin.
Here is my paper. It is a DU221RB built in 2020 week 46 in Mexico. Luckily mine (installed by Sunrun) should not be affected by this recall.
The affected recall units are these models with build codes 1401 through 1803 built in Mexico.

Oh ok so your model numbers were on the recall list, but your build dates being so new means you didn't actually have bad units installed?
Guess you'll have to email Sunrun again lol.
Didn't email them called Customer Service and she told me an Electrician would have to look at them. So was a wasted call.
