I highly doubt it. There's a lot more space in a semi cab (especially when it's a single centered seat) than you'll find in any passenger vehicle that's not a conversion van.

I think it could work without the arm rests but the real prize in opinion would be the seat cushion. It’s longer for better leg support.... and I’m sure it’s cushioned.... I want to see if there were any toggles for lumbar adjustments on the side of the seat but I didn’t look at the reveal.

I'm thinking that photo is from the smaller matte black semi. The larger semi seat was centered and it appeared to have seating on other side of the driver. I didn't get a chance to see the smaller semi, so I'm just guessing here.
