It's worth checking individual cell's voltage drop under load as well. A healthy vs. a bad battery could show the same voltage at rest, but drastically different voltage under load. It is this potential voltage difference between cells that would cause the BMS to trigger a failure.

The proper way to measure battery health would be to calculate the internal resistance for each cell, but having voltages is an easy way if all we want to confirm is whether cells have been degrading equally.
 
Can you take a peek at the sticker on the battery pack and post the part number here? It's typically visible behind the passenger front wheel. That should give you an idea of the age of the pack. If it's the original pack, I recommend you jumping on to 057 Tech's Extended Battery Warranty plan...

I have tried crawling under couldn’t quite get the best picture but this. Yeah I may do that I still have warranty till next year from tesla
